When we started HoorayHR five years ago, we didn’t just want to build a great-looking HR tool—we also wanted to truly support our users. We often say during conversations: you’re not just buying a tool, you’re getting our full support too.
Over the past few years, we’ve done this by actively answering every question through our chat support. We always aim to respond as quickly as possible, so you can get back to what really matters—your business and your people!
Even with our strong growth, we’re still managing to reply super fast (we answer most questions within five minutes) while keeping the quality high (96% of users say they’re happy with the support they receive). Thanks to new developments in AI, we believe it can be even faster and better!
Fast and efficient service, anytime you need it
To take the next step in our service, we recently started testing and training our chatbot. By implementing the chatbot, we’re aiming to offer an even better customer service experience. Based on the knowledge in our Help Center, you’ll get help finding the answer to your question. The chatbot is available 24/7, which means you’ll be supported even outside office hours. Right now, 50% of questions are already being answered correctly, and we’re analyzing the results to improve this further.

If the chatbot doesn’t respond immediately, that’s possible—some customers don’t yet have access, but that’s coming very soon.
Does this mean human support is going away? Absolutely not!
As a co-founder, I actually see a lot of added value in implementing our chatbot. If you haven’t been helped yet, our support employees are always ready to assist you with whatever question you may have.

What’s happening behind the scenes?
To make sure our chatbot performs at its best, we’re hard at work expanding and optimizing our Help Center. All the information is being checked, updated, and better structured. That way, the chatbot can truly help you with reliable and up-to-date answers. We’re also working on integrating the chatbot for all our customers, so you can start benefiting from it very soon.
Plus, our chatbot also shows how an answer was generated and what can be improved. This helps us keep expanding our Help Center—and the chatbot itself—with relevant knowledge. Adding this information helps us answer every question more effectively. In the end, this saves us a lot of valuable time and ensures you get help even faster.
